液压无级变速传动系统在轮式挖掘机上的仿真及应用

摘    要:介绍了液压传动的类型,重点对液压无级变速传动系统的工作原理做了详细的分析,对匹配设计过程做了详细的推导.利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了液压无级变速系统的仿真模型.在此模型中对变量泵、变量马达的排量匹配进行了优化,使行走速度和驱动力的发挥达到最佳状态,并将仿真结果应用在轮式挖掘机行走系统的设计中.经样机测试完全满足设计要求,取得了较好的结果.
