煤矿立井井架力学行为有限元分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS软件,介绍了井架单元类型的选择、有限元分析模型的建立及利用AN-SYS对其进行受力分析的方法。结合某煤矿井架实例,计算出在提升钢丝绳拉断载荷下井架X、Y方向上最大的应力和位移,并得出最大应力值,为煤矿立井井架设计提供了有效依据。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS, introduced correlative techniques of how to select element types, established finite element analysis model, and to do mechanics analysis of derrick structures by using ANSYS software. According to an example, calculated mine derrick maximum stress and displacement along X - axis and Y- axis when snapped hoisting steel rope, and get maximum stress. Offered design gist and ways for coal mine shaft derrick.
