| 摘 要： | 家族企业经历了长期发展,在全球经济活动中扮演着重要角色.中国的家文化传统孕育了中国家族企业.家族企业的存在也是对我国目前市场环境缺乏信任机制的反映.家族企业具有其优势,但成长壮大过程中其劣势也日益显露.为实现持续发展,家族企业必然要进行制度和管理创新.

| Abstract: | The family owned enterprise( FOE ) have been playing a vital role in the global economic activities for long time . The Chinese culture of family brought out the Chinese FOE as it has been affecting the development of FOE profoundly. The existence of FOE also reflect the trust insufficient of the market-economy in China .Having some advantages, FOE emerged its disadvantage while it developed. For a durative develop progress, the FOE have to make many innovation and creation in both management and operation system. |
