摆杆型游梁式抽油机的节能效果分析

摘    要:在对摆杆型游梁式抽油机进行详细运动分析的基础上,应用动能定理的功率方程对其进行了平衡分析,得到了曲柄输出轴扭矩的解析表达式。同常规型游梁式抽油机比较,该机型可以显著降低曲柄输出轴的最大扭矩,减小甚至消除负扭矩,在降低能耗的同时改善了减速箱的受力状况。分析表明,该机型由于自身结构特点具有明显的节能效果,应用前景好。

Abstract:The swing rod beam pumping unit belongs to a new type of the energy-saving pumping unit. It is necessary to investigate its mechanism of energy-saving. Based on its exact kinematic analysis and by applying the power equation of kinetic energy theorem, its balance analysis is given, and the exact analytical expression for computing crank axle torque is obtained. Compared with conventional beam pumping unit, the swing-rod beam pumping unit can reduce the maximum crank axle torque markedly, reduce and even e liminate negative crank axle torque. The study has proved that this type of pumping unit has higher energy-saving efficiency.
