毛/亚麻混纺纱的生产新工艺

对传统亚麻纺纱工艺进行改进,用优质亚麻原料和进口澳毛取代传统产品中的亚麻二粗纤维,混纺后的粗纱采用漂练、脱胶、除杂以提高亚麻纤维分裂度,并对前纺各道工艺参数严格控制以确保半成品质量.细纱工序采用湿纺细纱机,解决好原料的配比、粗纱漂练及细纱工序中的强度损失等关键技术问题,生产出性能优良的毛麻混纺高支纱.

New technology of producing wool/linen blending yarn

The spinning,technology of linen was improved in this paper. Fine linen fibers were adopted and blended with Australia fine wool instead of second hards in the old product, and the roving is treated with scouring and bleaching to improve fiber split degree. The technological parameter of forespinning procedures was contraled strictly to assure the quality of roving which is spun with wet spinning frame thereafter. The primal problems in fiber ratio, degumming process and loss in strength of yarn were solved to produce fine wool/linen blended yarn.
