摘    要:巴彦淖尔紫金锌冶炼厂二期改扩建投产过程中,在中性浸出液钴、铜、镉等主要杂质严重超标的情况下,采用联合添加剂的方法,对两段高温锑盐净化工艺进行改进,新液含钴由原标准的1.2mg/L,降至0.4~0.6mg/L,同时锌粉单耗由月均108 kg/t阴极锌降至月均93.1 kg/t阴极锌,取得了提升产品品质、降低物料消耗的明显成效。

Abstract:During the commissioning process of phase 2 reconstruction and expansion in zinc smelter of Bayannaoer zijin non-ferrous metal Co.,LTD.,the main impurity like cobalt,copper,cadmium,etc.in neutral leaching solution seriously exceeds the standard.In view of the above phenomenon,the combined-addictive method was adopted to improve the process of two-stage high-temperature purification by antimony salt,the cobalt content in new solution was reduced from 1.2mg/L to 0.4~0.6mg/L,the unit consumption of zinc powder was decreased from monthly average 108kg/t Zn to 93.1kg/t Zn,the production quality was improved and the materials consumption was reduced.
