摘    要:汞由于具有特殊的物理化学性质,其环境污染特征呈现持久性、迁移性、高毒性及生物蓄积性等四大显著特点,已成为全球广泛关注的污染物之一。在分析全球汞污染的来源、排放现状、汞污染事件及研究动态的基础上,介绍了国际社会上针对汞污染展开的一系列行动及相关的控制政策和措施,并对汞污染的进一步深入研究和国际汞公约的达成提出了展望。

Abstract:Due to its special physicochemical properties, mercury has been shown a persistent environmental pollutant of high toxicity, migration and bio-accumulation, and therefore, raised broad concerns over the globe. This paper analysedand the resources and emissions of global mercury and the main contaminated events as well as a series of international actions on mercury. Correlative policies and measurements were brought forward subsequently. Finally we put forward a prospect to furore researches about mercury pollution and to reaching an international agreement on control of mercury pollution.
