| Abstract: | The physical and chemical properties and the application of glycol as a sec- ondary refrigerant in refrigeration system are described. The corrosion phenomena of gly- col solution in the refrigeration system is explained and its causes are analyzed. The pro- tective measures such as adding inhibitors are proposed. |
