我国制冷空调产品能效标识制度实施概况

能效标识制度作为能效标准的实施和延伸,以其投入少、见效快、对消费者影响大、节能与环保效果显著的优点,成为世界各国普遍采取的一项节能管理措施。制冷空调产品属于典型的使用量大、应用面广、节能潜力和技术提升空间大的用能产品,对其实行能效标识管理意义重大,效果显著。本文重点介绍我国5类制冷空调产品能效标识制度实施情况,并简要介绍国外部分国家能效标识实施情况,旨在借鉴成功经验,推动我国能效标识制度取得更大进展。

Implementation situation of energy efficiency label system for refrigeration and air-conditioning products in China

Energy efficiency label system, which is the implementation and extension of the energy efficiency standards and has the advantages, such as less input, quick effect, having important influence on consumer and remarkable effect for energy conservation and environmental protection, is a universal management measure for energy conservation. Refrigeration and air-conditioning products belong to the typical energy-using products, which have a large quantity use, wide application range, and a large space for energy-sav- ing potential and technology promotion. The implementation of energy efficiency label management for refrigeration and air-conditioning products is significant and remarkably effective. The implementation pattern and situation of energy efficiency label system for five kinds of refrigeration and air-conditioning products in our country are mainly intro- duced and the situation of energy efficiency label system in some foreign countries are sim- ply introduced, aiming to using the successful experiences for reference and promoting en- ergy efficiency label system to achieve greater progress in China.
