铜渣处理技术分析及综合利用新工艺

摘    要:对已有的铜渣处理工艺进行评述,指出存在的问题,在此基础上对铜渣配碳还原过程进行详细的热力学分析,提出了含碳球团-转底炉法处理铜渣的新工艺。与原有的铜渣处理技术相比,该工艺具有流程短、环境负荷小、有价元素综合利用率高等优点,是解决铜渣综合利用问题的一种很有发展前途的方法。

Abstract:The existing treatment process of copper slag were reviewed,and its occurred problems were pointed out.On this base,the detailed thermodynamic analysis of carbon-proportioning reduction process of copper slag was performed,and the new process of copper slag treatment which called carbon-containing pellet--rotary hearth furnace method was put forward.Compared with the original process of copper slag treatment,new process has advantage of short process,little environmental load,high comprehensive utilization ratio of valuable elements,etc.and it is a promising method to comprehensive use of copper slag.
