| 摘 要： | 新型大倾角皮带运输机除尘采用分散式微动力除尘技术,攻克了大倾角皮带运输机粉尘量大、难捕集、易积聚于皮带的皱褶式波浪挡板上造成二次污染的难题。在大倾角皮带运输机上进行高效密封并设置倾斜导流板,可保证粉尘捕集率在95%以上。

| Abstract: | The distributed micro-power dust removal technology was used in new large inclined angle belt conveyer to remove dust,and the difficulties such as the amount of dust was large,the dust was difficult to collect and was easy to accumulate in folded manger board of belt,which would lead to secondary pollution were solved.The large inclined angle belt conveyer was sealed with high-efficiency and the inclined blast baffle was added on it,and by which it could ensure the collection rate of dust up to over 95%. |
