摘    要:以仲钼酸铵为钼源、硝酸为沉淀剂,在酸性反应体系通过水热法合成了MoO3纳米带。利用XRD、SEM和TEM对试样进行分析,结果表明:在水热法体系中合成MoO3纳米带时,相同的pH值和反应时间下,反应温度升高有利于合成MoO3纳米带。在pH值为3、反应时间48 h和反应温度240℃下合成了径向小于100 nm的MoO3纳米带。对不同反应温度下合成的MoO3进行UV-VIS分析可知,随着反应温度的升高,获得的MoO3对光的吸收能力逐渐增强,特别是MoO3纳米带对光具有良好的吸收能力。

Abstract:MoO3 nanobelts was synthesized by hydro-thermal method using ammonium paramolybdate as molybdenum source and nitric acid as precipitant in acid reaction system.The samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM and TEM,and the results showed that as the reaction temperature increasing,the MoO3 Nanobelts was synthesized easily under the same pH value and reaction time.The MoO3 nanobelts with diameter that less than 100nm were synthesized at 240℃for 48h with pH=3.The UV-VIS analysis results of MoO3 synthesized by hydro-thermal method at different temperatures showed that as the reaction temperature increasing,the optical absorption properties of synthesized MoO3 enhanced gradually.Especially the MoO3 nanobelts have good capacity in optical absorption.
