摘    要:现有的对油气悬挂阻尼的分析主要集中在悬挂缸内的阻尼孔和单向阀.建立了连通式油气悬挂阻尼力的计算公式,并通过仿真分析表明,液压软管的阻尼特性不可忽略.通过等效能量法,建立了连通式油气悬挂系统的等效压缩阻尼比和等效复原阻尼比.指出了进行连通式油气悬挂系统的阻尼特性设计时,需要合理的选择阻尼孔、单向阀以及管路阻尼,使得阻尼特性得到最佳匹配.

Abstract:Currently,the oil-gas suspension damping analysis is focused on the orifice and rebound valve in the suspension cylinder.By establishing a formula to calculate the interconnecting oil-gas suspension damping force,the damping properties of hydraulic hose-pipe cannot be ignored subject to simulation and analysis results.Based on the equivalent energy method,the equivalent compression and rebounding damping ratios are obtained.So far,it is indicated that the optimal damping properties should be matched through rational selection of orifice,rebound valve and hose-pipeline.
