大型筒式柴油打桩锤冲击活塞动应力分析

摘    要:分析了柴油桩锤的工作原理及现代桩锤动力学研究现状.运用能量守恒原理推导了上、下活塞受冲击后冲击面上的速度及应力波的传递过程,并运用波动理论计算了大型柴油桩锤上活塞的动应力,指出了上活塞的主要破坏形式及改进方法.

Abstract:Firstly,the working principle of diesel pile hammers,together with dynamical advances of pile hammers,is presented.Then,the velocities on impact surfaces of upper and lower pistons are deduced based on the law of energy conservation.By analyzing the transfer process of stress waves and calculating the upper hammer dynamic stress via wave theory,the major damage forms and corresponding improvement methods are pinpointed.
