DA-HA闭式控制系统在工程机械中的应用

摘    要:讨论了工程车辆液压驱动系统中,HA(高压自动变量)控制的变量马达与DA(转速相关变量)控制的变量泵组成的闭式自适应行走系统,介绍了参数合理匹配的方法与原则,并通过AMEsim(多学科领域复杂系统建模仿真解决方案)软件进行仿真,证明了采用DA-HA控制策略的闭式行走系统,车辆液压驱动系统可以根据外界负荷的变化自动调节行走速度,以适应负载的变化,使发动机的有限功率适应很大范围的外部负荷变化,功率得以充分利用且不超载.

Abstract:Pertaining to the hydraulically-driven system of engineering vehicles,the close-loop adaptive driving system,which comprises the HA(high pressure automatic variables)-controlled variable motors and DA(speed related variables)-controlled variable pumps,is discussed.In addition,the methods and principles of rational parameter-matching is introduced.By applying AMEsimTM,a multidisciplinary complex system modeling and simulation solution,it is proven that,by using the DA-HA control strategy,the close-loop driving system automatically adapts to the loading changes.Even if the driving speed is automatically adjusted by the hydraulically-driven system,the limited engine power,sufficient without overload,can adapt to a wide range of external loading variation.
