Applying DA-HA close-loop control system for construction machinery

Pertaining to the hydraulically-driven system of engineering vehicles,the close-loop adaptive driving system,which comprises the HA（high pressure automatic variables）-controlled variable motors and DA（speed related variables）-controlled variable pumps,is discussed.In addition,the methods and principles of rational parameter-matching is introduced.By applying AMEsimTM,a multidisciplinary complex system modeling and simulation solution,it is proven that,by using the DA-HA control strategy,the close-loop driving system automatically adapts to the loading changes.Even if the driving speed is automatically adjusted by the hydraulically-driven system,the limited engine power,sufficient without overload,can adapt to a wide range of external loading variation.
