高速伸缩臂叉车静液压控制系统分析设计

摘    要:设计了高速伸缩臂叉车静液压控制系统,该系统采用了发动机与变量泵复合控制的方式,实现了叉车的联合操作,即在叉车行驶过程中能够正常操作作业机构而不影响对行驶机构的控制,同时还实现了发动机转速随负载变化而自行优化调整的功能,充分利用了发动机功率.

Abstract:By designing the hydrostatic control system for high-speed telescopic boom forklifts,a combined control mode is applied using the engine and variable pump.Accordingly,the forklift joint operation is realized by simultaneously controlling the operational and driving mechanisms.Meanwhile,the engine rotary speed is automatically and optimally adjusted based on variable loadings.Therein,the engine power can be fully exploited.
