A Study on the Function of Trade Association in the Ningbo's Early Warning Mechanism of the Anti-dumping

Along with the standing increase of China's economy and export trade,the anti-dumping lawsuits to China prosecuted by foreign countries have a trend of going up.In nature,the lack of an efficient early warning mechanism of the anti-dumping is an important reason for China's frequent incurrence by anti-dumping.As an important non-governmental,non-profitable,and mutual intermediary organization,trade associations can play a key role in the early warning mechanism of the anti-dumping.
