| 摘 要： | 在有线网和无线网日益结合的今天，网络技术和便携式终端的不断发展使得移动性的支持在现有IP网络中的地位与日俱增，在以蜂窝移动网为应用平台的移动IP网络中如何保证较好的QoS，越区切换问题的解决至关重要，给出了蜂窝移动IP网络的构架，对其提出了相应的越区切换的解决方案。
