新型尾罩分离方案及分离过程的仿真

摘    要:提出了一种新型尾罩分离方案--整体侧抛方案,并对其分离运动及动力学特性进行了研究.详细介绍了尾罩整体侧抛分离的总体方案,分析了总体方案的分离过程,建立了其运动学和动力学模型.通过建立尾罩分离仿真模型,考虑分离角度发生变化时,对分离过程的影响,并使用ADAMS软件对分离距离进行了多变量的优化.通过仿真和结果分析,证明提出的尾罩分离方案是可行性的.在分析中使用ADAMS软件,也提高了仿真的准确性和快速性.

Abstract:A concept of tail cover lateral jettison is applied in cold ejection of large scale missile and its kinetic characteristics are studied in this paper.The detailed general scheme of trail hood lateral fling is described, separating course of the general scheme is analyzed, the kinetics and kinematics models of separation are built. The simulation models of trail hood lateral fling are built in this paper, the effect of seperation angle on separation movement is analyzed, and the optimizing of multivariable is applied to the analysis of separating distance by ADAMS simulation. Simulation and analysis of separation movement show that the trial hood fast separating scheme in this paper is available. The veracity and rate of simulation are enhanced by the using of ADAMS.
