试论城市用地发展的可持续性──以南京市为例

本文首先论述了南京城市用地的扩张过程，及其伴随城市快速扩张而来的城市物质和社会空间结构的重组，在此背景下提出了土地利用不经济、社会空间分化、城市文化景现变异等问题，最后根据土地与环境问题以及社会问题的矛盾，对城市如何步入可持续的良性发展轨道的问题进行了探讨。

Study on Sustainablity or Urban Land Use -taking Nanjing as an example

With steady economic development, cities come into a rapid pened of grouth. At first, this paper discusses the genenral process of city ex- panding and physical or social space structurd recombining, which going with the rapid urban expanding. And then on the basis of it, diseconomy's problems of using land; diferentiation of social space and variation of urban culture landscape are raised. At last, the article aslo discusses, at an angle of using land, problems of urban land, environment, society and put forward a city how to get a sustainable development.
