| 摘 要： | 在不同体积型腔的模具流道设计中,利用MPI软件对组合型腔的熔体流动进行对比分析,得到能够使注射达到尽可能平衡的流道设计。此外,再辅以螺杆速度曲线的调节,最后利用分析出的比例值确定产品流道截面的尺寸,尽可能减小了塑件的缺陷。

| Abstract: | During the design of mold runner in different cavity volume,MPI software was used to analyze the melt flow in combling cavity and the runner design was got to get the balance state during injection.Beside,with the modification of screw speed plot,the dimension of the runner was decided and helped reduce the defects on the plastic product. |
