摘    要:研究了一种无卤阻燃剂对热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV)性能的影响。结果表明,随着无卤阻燃剂用量的增加,材料的硬度和压缩永久形变呈现先减小然后增加的变化趋势,其原因与无机填料的硬化效应有关;随着阻燃剂用量的增加,拉伸强度和100%定伸强度降低,断裂伸长率降低;随着剪切速率的增加,材料的表观黏度降低,呈现剪切变稀现象,添加25%阻燃剂的黏度较纯TPV略有降低,超过35%后黏度增加;当阻燃剂用量≥35%时,1.6 mm可达到V-1、3.2 mm可达到V-0,基本能满足建材和电线电缆行业的要求。

Abstract:The effect of a halogen-free flame retardant on the properties of TPV compounds was studied.The results showed that,when flame retardant content increased,the hardness and compression set value of TPV compounds decreased at the initial stage and then increased which was because of the hardening effect of inorganic fillers.The tensile strength,100%modulus and elongation at break decreased when the amount of flame retardant increased.The apparent viscosity decreased with the increasing of shear rate and showe...
