稀土分离过程废水综合利用研究

摘    要:稀土分离过程产生的氨性废水用于稀土原地浸矿,其他废水在稀土分离工序间转换、再利用;利用废水中的有价成分,减少生产中化工材料消耗,减少废水的处理量,综合利用后废水减排50.07%,减排氨氮1.6 t/a,减排COD 12.2 t/a,废水处理费用从综合利用前8~10元/m3降至6~8元/m3。

Abstract:The rare earth separation process produces the ammonia waste water uses in the rare earth in - situ soaking the ore, other waste water conversion in rare earth separation process, re-use of. the use of waste water valuable component, to reduce the production of chemical material consumption, to reduce the amount of wastewater treatment, after the comprehensive utilization the waste water reduces row of 50. 07%, emission reduction ammonia, 1.6 tons/year, emission reduction COD 12. 2 tons/year, waste water treatment costs from the comprehensive utilization of the first 8 - 10 yuan/m^3 feU to 6 - 8 yuan/m^3.
