粮食生产功能区农田基础设施改造及工程管理

主要介绍了粮食生产功能区建设的重要性以及项目区农田基础设施现状,针对项目区排灌系统不分系,排灌泵站机电老化、泵房破损、田间道路系统无法适应农业机械化作业要求等问题,提出了水利、农业、道路、科技等措施,并介绍了工程技术管理及项目资金管理的具体措施.保证了粮食生产功能区建设的圆满完成.

Infrastructure Transformation and Management in Grain Functional Areas

The importance of grain-production functional areas and the infrastructure status of the farmland areas are introduced in this paper. Some problems are also illustrated, such as undefined irrigation, mechanical and electrical aging in drainage pumping, damaged pumping stations, improper field road system which cannot adapt to the requirements of agricultural mechanization. Therefore, some proposals to the issues are talked about aiming at water conservation, agricuhure development, road rebuilding, technology promotion, engineering management and financial distribution and so on, which can ensure the successful construction of food production functional areas.
