浙江乡镇居民水法意识调查与分析

水资源的短缺对人民群众的生活和社会经济的发展制约愈加明显,也使得在水利法规的执行中难度不断增大.为了能够推进水资源可持续发展战略的实施,国家提出实行最严格的水资源管理制度,要不断完善并全面贯彻落实水资源管理的各项法律、法规和政策措施,为了解当前水法的执法环境,通过调研提出提高和转变乡镇居民的水法意识和观念的建议.

Water Act Consciousness Survey on Rural Dwellers

The influence of water shortage on people＇s life and socio-economic development becomes increasingly prominent nowadays, which makes it more difficult to implement water laws and regulations. In order to promote the strategy of sustainable development for water resources, the most stringent water management system is proposed by relevant govermncnt departments in order to improve continuously and implement fully the related water management laws, regulations and measures. A questionnaire survey is conducted on rural residents＇ consciousness of water laws based on the current water law enforcement environment, therefore some suggestions can be given for the officers to help to change people＇s obsolete concepts on water.
