摘    要:因SFC变频启动装置出现故障或受干扰误跳而造成抽水开机不成功.以桐柏抽水蓄能电厂SFC输入开关设备无故障却频繁误动为例,查明误动的根源为长电缆干扰引起,并据此分析判断,对相关控制回路进行改动,并对该回路采用备用电缆芯进行接线,对电缆进行了屏蔽,故障排除.

Abstract:SFC is outstanding in the advantages and functions of continuously variable transmission, smooth staring, fast response, convenient adjustment, small maintenance workload, high reliability, strong self-diagnostic function, etc. However, it also requires more complex control equipment, and higher quality element. When the system encounters fault or is interrupted by mistake-trip, the unit-start fails. Frequently mistake-trip of SFC input switch device is analyzed in this article, taking Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station for example. The related improvement measures are also discussed by adjusting control loop and cable core connection so as to shield cable interference.
