高职工程造价专业“2+1”人才培养模式课题调研分析

摘    要:建立以能力为本位的人才培养模式是高职教育发展的必然要求。本课题调研工作是在高职“2+1”人才培养模式的理论研究基础上,主要针对工程造价人员的知识结构、能力结构与素质结构开展。通过调研分析,工程造价专业的实践教学环节十分重要,其人才的能力与素质培养是重点。该调研成果对工程造价专业人才培养方案的制订与完善起着重要的作用。

Abstract:The establishment of competency-based training model of higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement, on the basis the "2 + 1" model of personnel training theory, the subject of this research is mainly for talents the structure of the knowledge, capacity and quality of project cost. Through research, the capacity and quality is the focus of attention. The results of this research play an important role in engineering cost specialty training and improvement programs.
