| Abstract: | In this paper, entrusted-construction system is contrast with EPC general contract in origin and theoretical analysis and treaty contents as well as risk, and the difference between them is pointed out. Finally, the conclusion is seen as gist supplied for real work in interface supervision and analysis between duty and right. |
