可重构制造执行系统的研究

摘    要:首先分析可重构制造执行系统MES的研究对于制造企业的可重构性和MES在我国众多中小企业的推广具有重要意义。接下来在简要介绍MES的基础上,分析了传统MES存在的不足,详细论述了MES可重构的适用范围、体系结构、开发阶段和重构粒度等4个方向的维度及层次。最后探讨了可重构MES的构建和开发方法,并提出一种基于CORBA和MAS的可重构MES体系结构。

Abstract:Firstly,the paper points out the important significance of reconfigurable manufacturing execution systems(RMES),their effects on the reconfigurability of China′s manufacturing enterprises and the extension of manufacturing execution systems(MES) in small and medium enterprises(SMEs).Secondly,the shortcomings of traditional MES are analyzed on the basis of the MES.Thirdly the four dimensions of RMES including applicable scope dimension,system framework dimension,development phase dimension and reconstructive granularity dimension are presented in detail.Finally,the RMES development method is discussed and the system framework based on common object request broker architecture(CORBA) and multi-agent system(MAS) is put forward.
