摘    要:HY沸石用于苯乙烯与苯酚的烷基化反应,活性好,选择性高。反应温度升高,活性增加,并有利于对位产物的生成;选择合宜的沸石酸量和反应物投料比也对产物生成有利;高温焙烧即可使催化剂再生。

Abstract:α-Methylbenzyl phenol is an antioxidant used extensively in plastics and rubber. Nowadays in industry it is produced mainly from the alkylation of phenol and styrene using inorganic acids (e. g. hydrochloric acid; sulphuric acid;and phosphoric acid)as catalysts. However, there are a number of problems in the production and separation process for these acids are corrosive. This paper introduces a solid acid (HY zeolite) which can replace the traditional catalysts. Experimental results indicate that both reaction activity and selectivity are high and raising temperature is beneficial to the formation of products. The results point out that suitable acid amount of HY zeolite and appropriate ratio of reactants are also beneficial to increasing the yield of products. The HY catalyst can be reused after regeneration. Comparing with inorganic acid, zeolite catalyst has obvious advantage.
