轧前待温时间对钢板压缩应变分布的影响

摘    要:借助于LS—DYNA有限元软件,对钢板的待温以及轧制过程进行了热力耦舍模拟。通过计算得到了钢板中心和表面在待温轧制过程中的温度变化曲线,待温时间对轧后钢板中心压缩应变的影响,以及经过不同待温时间后的轧制过程所需的轧制力。结果表明,如果待温时间小于60s,轧后钢板中心的压缩应变随待温时间的延长逐渐减小。
