高炉煤粉喷吹监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:由于高炉煤粉喷吹是气固二相流的气力输送,喷吹量的检测与控制变得很困难.本文通过分析高炉喷吹煤粉炼铁的工艺过程,用西门子系列的S7-300和WCC6.0实现了对喷吹过程的监控.通过程序计算实现了串罐喷吹中喷吹量的准确计量,解决了喷吹控制中的关键问题.

Abstract:The measurement and control of injection quantity becomes difficult because the process of coal powder injection for blast furnace is a transport by gas combined gas with solid. A supervision system of coal power injection was realized using Simatic S7- 300 and WCC6.0, after analyze the techniques of blast furnace pudding. A key problem of injection control was solved by calculation of the coal powder injection quantity.
