主变压器典型故障成因分析及防治措施

摘    要:结合1台主变压器的运行实例,分析了绝缘油介质损耗因数超标与固体材料绝缘效果下降引起主变压器故障的成因,其中油中的极性溶质与胶体通过增强油的导电性,增大其介质损耗值,造成主变压器油介质损耗值超标;固体材料绝缘效果下降导致主变压器发生故障的原因包括热的原因、电气原因和运行环境的原因。针对不同的故障特点和原因提出相应的防治措施。

Abstract:Taking the operation of a mina transformer for example,this paper analyzes the reasons for main transformer faults caused by superstandard dielectric dissipation factor of insulating oil and the deteriorated solid insulation.It is indicated that the polar solute and colloid enhance the conductivity and the dielectric dissipation factor of oil,thereby making the dielectric dissipation factor of main transformer oil superstandard;thermal,electric and working environment factors are the reasons for deteriorate...
