| 摘 要： | 本文对基于B／S与C／S混合构架的远程监控系统方案进行了系统设计，并以工业废水排放监控系统为例，对采用ASP技术实现B／S子系统，及VC＋＋、Windows Sockets等技术实现C／S子系统作了较详细的叙述。
