| 摘 要： | 水利工程供水作为一项水利经济活动,主要通过水利工程的特定功能的发挥而实现供水目标,由于各类型水利工程的功能不同,形成供水过程的系统特点.研究课题对"区域供水系统"的存在形式到"区域水价"的理论范畴,以及影响因素、研究意义进行了方向性探索,提出了"功能水价""同质水价"等表现形式,并提出了"区域水价"的评价指标和具体方法.

| Abstract: | Water engineering supply is one of water economic activities, which r ely on specially functions to realize water supply target. Because of different water engineering functions, it forms different water supply processes. From inf luential factors of "regional water supply system" to "regional water price" are studied, it make creative exploitations on the subject. Then it bring out "func tional water price" and "same quality water price" etc, and evaluate index and m ethod of "regional water price". |
