新型等离子点火电源的设计

摘    要:等离子点火作为一项新技术,其节能环保的优点使其成为未来火力发电厂点火燃煤的首选设备.本文介绍了等离子点火系统的点火原理以及系统组成.根据等离子点火系统的用电要求,设计了一种直流电源方案.详细分析了电源系统和高频引弧电路的结构组成和工作原理.阐述了程序设计思路和控制功能的实现过程,采用基于RS485接口的USS协议.实现PLC与6RA70之间的串行通信.通过PLC控制高频引弧电路的投切,能与电源系统很好地配合从而达到了起弧稳弧的目的.现场实验也验证了整套方案的可行性.
