摘    要:本文综合考虑了建筑物的高度、结构自重、变形控制限值、地震烈度及场地条件等影响剪力墙用量的因素,提出确定框剪结构剪力墙合理用量的原则和方法;按不同变形控制值给出了大体上适于选用框剪结构体系的范围;进而提出了在不同设防烈度及场地土条件下确定剪力墙数量的实用图表及简单公式。

Abstract:Some principal factors which influencing the amount of shear walls to be used in frame-shear wall structures have been studied in this paper. The factors to be considered are height and weight of the building, roof displacement, seismic intensity, and soil condition of the site etc. The principle and method for figuring the rational amount of shear walls in frame shear structure are presented. The suitable range where frame-shear wall structure can be used is roughly given according to different limits of structural deformations stipulated in the design code of tall buildings. Some practical charts and simple formulas for figuring the amount of shear walls with different seismic intensity and site soil conditions are also given.
