低水平辐射对健康的影响

摘    要:对某些天然放射性高本底地区的居民检查发现,T淋巴细胞对丝裂原的反应性性,高非程序NDA合成增强,动物实验也证实,单次或慢性低剂量辐射促进免疫功能,剌激UDS,并诱导细胞遗传学适应性反应,从免疫器官的细胞事件及其整体调节以及上述变化的分子基础三个层次分析了低剂量辐射增强免疫的发生机制,讨论剂量辐射诱生的蛋白质在细胞遗传学适应性反应发生机制中的作用。

Abstract:Epidemiological studies in some areas of high natural radioactivity did not demonstrate a rise in cancer mortality in accordance with the increased exposure of the population to low level radiation as suggested by the linear model. Studies on inhabitants in some of these areas showed increased reactivity of T lymphocytes to mitogens and enhanced unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS). Animal experiments also disclosed potentiation of immune functions, stimulated UDS and induction of a cytogenetic adaptive response in lymphocytes after single or chronic exposure to low dose radiation. The mechanism of immunoenhancement after low dose radiation was analyzed in terms of the cellular events in the immune organs, the systemic regulation of these processes and the molecular basis of the above changes. The possible role of proteins induced by low dose radiation in the mechanism of the cytogenetic adaptive response was discussed.
