摘    要:制造质量信息是支持设计决策信息的重要组成部分,为设计者提供产品制造质量控制能力和水平信息。论文针对制造质量信息和BOM的特点,提出了基于产品结构和配置的BOM管理制造质量信息的方法。论文在分析设计、工艺、制造和质量BOM内容和特点的基础上,详细研究了从这些BOM中提取的用于支持设计决策的制造质量信息。通过BOM合理、有序的组织和管理,为支持并行设计决策的制造质量信息获取提供了解决途径。

Abstract:Manufacturing quality information(MQI) is very useful for supporting product design.It helps product designers in their design decision-making by providing information about capability and level of manufacturing quality.According to the characteristics of MQI and BOM(bill of materials),an approach to capturing manufacturing quality informa-tion based on BOM is proposed.The paper firstly surveys the context and features of Engineering BOM(EBOM),process planning BOM(PP BOM),manufacturing BOM(MBOM) and quality BOM(QBOM).Then we conduct a detailed study on capturing MQI for design decision support.MQI can be organized and managed in a logical way through BOM.The research provides a way to capturing MQI supporting concurrent design decision.
