木素过氧化物酶辅助漂白机理研究

摘    要:采用FTIR、GC/MS、GPC等技术研究了木素过氧化物酶-过氧化氢漂白协同作用机理,结果表明,木素过氧化物酶预处理能增加木素的紫丁香基结构单元、对羟苯基、甲氧基、酚羟基等,增强木素的反应活性,同时还可以降解溶出小分子质量木素,为过氧化氢漂白提供有利条件:加强漂剂与木素酚型结构单元和紫丁香基结构单元的反应,使得发色基团和助色基团减少、木素溶出量有所增加、溶出木素的相对分子质量明显增大、纸浆白度提高、结晶度增加.

Abstract:The mechanism of synergistic bleaching effect of lignin peroxidase and hydrogen peroxide was studied by FTIR , GC/MS and GPC. The restilts showed that the ligain peroxidase pretreatment increased syringyl structural unit, p-hydroxyl phenyl, methoxyl and phenolic hydroxyl group thus enhanced the reaction activity of lignin and also degraded and dissolved small molecular ligain. The pretreatment provided favourable condition for hydrogen peroxide bleaching. It enhanced the reaction between bleaching reagent and phenolic structural units and syfingyl structural units, increased the solubility of lignin and the molecular weight of dissolved lignin, thus reduced chromophores and increased the brightness and crystallinity of the bleached pulp.
