| 摘 要： | 本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱 ,对掺稀土的光纤预制棒中稀土元素 (Tm ,Er和Yb)含量的分析进行了研究。硅基体对待测元素有一定的背景效应 ,可以通过扣除背景进行校正。本方法的回收率令人满意。

| Abstract: | A method for determination of 3 kinds of rare elements in optical fiber preform by ICP AES was developed. The background efflect of matrix silicon could be deducted by background correction. The analytical results were satistactory. |
