工业纯钛的表面纳米化及其机制

摘    要:通过X-射线衍射、透射电镜及光学显微镜等方法,研究工业纯钛表面经SMAT技术处理后的纳米化过程及其机制。结果表明,处理后材料表面平均晶粒尺寸达到了纳米量级.在横截面上沿深度方向的晶粒细化程度逐渐减小,随距被处理表面距离增加。硬度增加程度越来越小。随处理时间延长,表面硬度有增加的趋势。

Abstract:The surface nanocystalization and its mechanism of industrial pure titanium material treated by SMAT are investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, TEM and OM.The results show that the mean grain size in titanium surface with SMAT treatment is in the range of nanocystalline. And the shorter the distance from the treated surface along the direction of the depth at the corss section, the smaller the grain size. With the treatment time increasing, the surfce hardness is inclined to increase.
