尼龙材料的固相成型研究

摘    要:初步研究了工程塑料尼龙(PA)的挤压成型工艺。实验发现:挤压成型过程中原材料、挤压力、保压时间和成型温度对制品的品质影响较大。提高坯料预热温度和(或)保压时间,可使模压制品的弹性回复明显减小、成型尺寸精度显著提高。

Abstract:It preliminarily studied the extrusion molding technique of engineering plastics(PA).The raw materials,extrusion pressure,pressure holding time and molding temperature during extrusion moulding have great effects on the quality of products.The elastic recovery of molding products was reduced and the molding accuracy in size of products was improved through increasing the preheating temperature of stock and the pressure holding time.
