摘    要:介绍了为重型机械专门开发的焊接零部件工艺规划CAPP系统。该CAPP系统通过对重型机械焊接零部件特征的归纳总结,确立了对板材、型材和部件三种类型焊接零部件备料工艺工序制定的具体方法。在此基础上,此系统同时完成了工序工时、结构件材料和焊接材料定额的计算和汇总,从而使工艺规划和生产准备工作更加科学,有效地提高了工作效率,缩短了生产周期。

Abstract:In this paper, a CAPP system in process planning of welding parts and spares for heavy machine is introduced. By the summary of special feature of welding parts and spares in heavy machine, the system proposes a method for the sequence of charge preparation procedure of welding parts and spares on plate, shape and parts. On this basis, the system includes the calculation and collection of consumptive time for each sequence,rating of structure and welding materials. So the system makes production management more scientific?increases efficiency and decreases production cycle.
