一种HEML的弹丸受力仿真

摘    要:利用Ansoft Maxwell有限元分析软件建立了一种螺旋线圈型电磁发射器(Helical electro-magnetic launcher,HEML)弹丸的受力仿真模型,该种弹丸含有两个线圈,能产生更大的加速力;对弹丸线圈与驱动线圈的相对位置、尺寸对弹丸受力的影响,以及两个弹丸线圈间相互作用力、弹丸所受法向力进行了仿真计算;结果表明,弹丸的受力大小与弹丸线圈与驱动线圈的相对位置有关,且有一个受力最大位置;弹丸的最大受力大小随着弹丸线圈长度、驱动线圈长度增大而增大,且增大趋势逐渐变缓;在选择弹丸材料及加工工艺时,需考虑前、后弹丸线圈间的相互作用力,以及弹丸线圈所受法向力对弹丸的影响。

Simulation Analysis of the Force on a Helical Electro-magnetic Launcher Armature

Abstract:The simulation model of the force on a helical electromagnetic launcher (HEML) armature is established in Ansoft Maxwell. The armature has two coils, and produces more accelerative force. The in fluences of the relative position between armature coil and driving coil and sizes of armature coil and driv ing coil to the force on armature are analyzed. The interaction force between two coils and the normal force on armature are calculated. The results show that the force on armature is related to the relative position between armature coil and driving coil, and there is maximum force position. The force on armature is pro portional to the length of armature coil and driving coil, while the rising tendency slows down. Choosing the material and processing technique, the influence of interaction force between two coils and the normal force on armature should be considered.
