散客时代河南省旅游公共服务体系的实证研究

随着游客对个性化服务要求的提升,选择自由出行的游客越来越多。文章在自助旅游逐渐蓬勃发展的形势下,以河南省为研究对象,构建旅游公共服务评价体系,并利用综合评价函数对河南省旅游公共服务设施的现状进行了测评。结果表明,河南省旅游公共服务体系综合评价值普遍不高,且存在基础配套设施不完善、信息渠道不畅、安全应急措施不健全的缺陷,制约了自助旅游的发展,需要当地政府及时调整,以开拓自助游市场,促进整个旅游业的发展。

Empirical Research on Tourism Public Services System of Henan Provinces in FIT Times

More and more tourists choose to travel on their own rather than with agencies because of their increasing demand for individualized service. This paper,taking Henan province as an example,explores an evaluation system of public tourism service and conducts an assessment of Henan's facilities for tourism service based on comprehensive evaluation function. The findings suggest a relatively low index,and problems exist in infrastructure,information communication,and emergency measures,which hinder the further progress of free itinerary tourism and requires the prompt addressing of the local government for long-time sustainable tourism development.
