发酵法生产L-乳酸精制技术的研究进展

摘    要:主要介绍了针对传统钙盐法存在的问题而提出的新型提取方原理和研法,包括色谱分离技术、双极膜电渗析技术、纳滤膜及分子蒸馏技术、萃取技术的研究进展。尽管很多新技术目前还处于研发阶段,还需要不断的完善和改进,但随着各种精制技术研究的不断深入和提高,高收率低污染低能耗的乳酸生产技术必将得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:The new extraction principle was introduced to solve the shortcomings of the traditional method of calcium salt problem and the research method,research progress including chromatographic separation technology,bipolar membrane electro nanofiltration membrane and molecular dialysis technology,distillation,extraction technology. Although a lot of new technology was still in development stage,and needed improvement and research technique,but with a variety of fine deeply and improve production technology,the lactic acid high yield and low pollution and low energy consumption would be widely applied.
