| 摘 要： | 位于辽东山区的清原县水资源较丰富,农田水利工程建设的开始时间较早,运行时间较长,这些农田水利工程规模大小不等,数量众多,地理位置分散,结构形式多样,在日常运行管理中存在养护不到位、资金落实困难、灌溉水利用效率低等问题,只有解决了这些问题才能提高粮食产量,增加农民人均收入。

| Abstract: | Water located in Qingyuan of Liaodong mountain is rich ,the start time of farmland water conservan-cy construction earlier,longer run time,these scale water conservancy projects varying in sizes,the large num-ber of geographically dispersed,structural forms,in everyday operation management in conservation is not in place,funds to implement difficult,low efficiency of irrigation water use,only solves these problems in order to improve food production,increase farmers’ per capita income. |
