摘    要:针对具有大滞后、非线性特性的电线生产线线径控制问题,提出了一种带有滞后补偿的优化模糊PID算法及其控制器的设计方法,该方法在模糊PID控制器的设计基础上,应用Cohen-Coon整定公式,给出PID控制器的3个最佳控制参数作为PID初始参数,以实现PID参数的快速在线自调整功能,并引入Smith预估器来实现滞后特性的动态补偿。实验表明,应用该种控制器的线径控制系统工作稳定,控制效果显著。

Abstract:To solve the control problem of wire diameter with long lag and nonlinear property in wire production lines,in this paper,a system model was established based on analysis of the wire diameter system.Corresponding control devices were given according to the system performance indexes.The inputs of a fuzzy PID controller are the error "e" and error rate "ec" of the controlled variable.In the system running process,"e" and "ec" are detected constantly,and the controller will modify the PID parameters on line according to fuzzy control rules.In this way,the system will have ideal static and dynamic performances.Under the software environment of Matlab,a fuzzy PID controller was built by calling the fuzzy toolbox functions,and its control effect was compared with PID controller by simulation.Considering the effect of initial P,I,D parameter on fuzzy PID controller,an optimal design method of fuzzy PID controller was proposed.Based on the fuzzy PID controller design,Cohen-Coon setting formula was applied to calculate 3 optimum PID control parameters as initial values of the controller,and the parameters' quick self-tuning on line was implemented.Smith predictor was added to realize dynamic compensation for the lagging part.Experimental results verify the ideal control effect when the method is used to control wire diameter system on line.
