降低铜电解电单耗的工艺优化实践

摘    要:电单耗是铜电解生产的一项重要技术经济指标。重点介绍了金昌冶炼厂电解车间通过采用提高电流效率、降低电解槽电压、优化生产作业流程等措施降低阴极铜电单耗的一些生产实践,阴极铜电单耗由2004年阴极板加长以来的历年平均值335.7 k Wh/t左右降低到2015年的321.4 k Wh/t左右。

Abstract:As the specific power consumption is a key technical and economical indicator to determine the production cost, this paper introduces some productive practices on how to lower specific power consumption of electrolytic copper in the electrolytic workshop of Jinchang Smelter, such as improving current efficiency, lowering cell voltage and optimizing flow sheet. The average value of specific power consumption has been decreased from 335.7Kwh/t in 2004~2014 to 321.4Kwh/t in 2015.
